Hyundai Smash Hits; a programme to monitor and manage the Hyundai
Dealer Network and their relationships with Smash Repairers. Smash
Hits allows Hyundai to protect against use of non-genuine
parts.
Smash Hits is a web enabled application which tracks and
monitors every Hyundai Genuine Part transaction. This provides
Hyundai with visibility for every transaction so Smash Repairer
activity can be monitored and managed. |
Hyundai are able to set targets to incentivise improved sales
performance for Dealers and Smash Repairers. The application drives
email activity and sophisticated reporting for each class of
membership (Repairer, Sales Team, Parts Manager, Regional Manager
and Administrator).
